Exeter Rejuvenation Continues

Works are now well underway on two new exciting projects in the Exeter area.

The first is Oxygen House a new development which will be one of the most significant ever to take place in this region. It will provide approximately 15,000 sq ft of office accommodation arranged over three floors. This project will successfully combine the delivery of a highly functional and bespoke building design. Oxygen House promises to create an innovative and sustainable development that is both inspirational and stimulating

The second is at Streatham Campus in Exeter University and will see the university receive a £48 million ‘Forum.’ The iconic new building will feature an extended and refurbished Library, new learning spaces, ‘frontline’ student services, catering and retail outlets, a landscaped plaza and University reception.

MJN Colston are providing mechanical and electrically services on both of the above projects which are due for completion at the end of 2011.
